HOW I GREW SOCIAL MEDIA ENGAGEMENT AND BRAND AWARENESS FOR KROPPER BARBER
AN AWARD-WINNING, INDEPENDENTLY RUN BARBERSHOP LOCATED IN THE HEART OF WANDSWORTH, SOUTH WEST LONDON.
CHALLENGE
A quick Google search identifies over 20 barbers in our immediate Wandsworth vicinity. For a new business it is imperative to separate yourself from the crowd; to find a way to showcase your point of difference. This shows your potential client base who you are, as well as why they should choose your business, over the tens of others in the area.
BRIEF
We want to increase social media engagement via likes, shares, comments. This would lead to an increased CTR to their website. The project was to be completed within two weeks, including filming. The video is targeted towards 20-40 y/o in the Wandsworth area; those that want to support small businesses and be a part of a community.
SOLUTION
Together, with Phillip and Mark (co-owners), we decided a promotional video for website and social media was the perfect way to achieve this. An intimate interview that would portray them and their teams’ personalities showing how much they care for the Wandsworth area and its community. Videos not only efficiently portray information, they also build trust and a connection with your audience.
DELIVERABLES
A full 3 min long interview suitable for both website and socials.
Different topics throughout the video were cut to fit the appropriate IG reel dimensions.
Shop and team content for socials and website + E-commerce style product shots.
